Case Study Brief
The Logistics Challenge
The Sierra Leone supply package combined geomembrane, protection geotextile and solid HDPE pipework with custom flange details. Material identification, packing and delivery coordination needed to cover a mixed package rather than liner rolls alone.
The supply scope brought together lining materials and DN110–DN315 pipe interfaces with consignment and delivery coordination. The pipework was solid custom-flanged HDPE, not slotted drainage pipe.

“In-house project comment: The FG Gold package brought liner, protection geotextile and custom pipework into one coordinated supply scope. That connection helps keep the material interfaces visible from procurement through delivery.
