Case Study Brief
The Logistics Challenge
The Botswana order combined 21,560 m² of 1.0 mm and 40,040 m² of 2.0 mm HDPE geomembrane. The logistics task was to keep the thicknesses, quantities and consignment identification aligned from order preparation to receipt at Ikongwe.
Procurement, roll identification, consignment preparation and Botswana delivery arrangements were coordinated around the material schedule. The delivered quantities remain the primary measurable project proof.
