Service Overview
Geosynthetics Africa installs two proven concrete protection systems: Tiltex® Concrete Blankets for fast, formwork-free erosion control, and GSE® Studliner® Concrete Protective Liner (CPL) for long-term chemical and corrosion protection of concrete structures.
Tiltex is a geosynthetic cementitious composite mat (GCCM) that hardens into a durable concrete layer once hydrated. Our crews prepare the subgrade, anchor and overlap the rolls, fix and seal the joints, then hydrate the blanket, with no batching plant, formwork or ready-mix trucks needed. It's ideal for channels, drains, slopes and culverts.
Studliner is an HDPE liner with over 1,200 anchor studs per square metre that lock permanently into the concrete. We fix panels to the formwork before the pour, then weld and test every seam to create a continuous, leak-tight lining for sewers, manholes, tanks and wastewater structures.
Studliner can also reline damaged existing structures, restoring protection without demolition. From supply to installation and QA testing, we deliver both systems across Africa.
