Geomembrane, GCL, geotextile and geogrid stock is held in Bamako by our subsidiary West Africa Mining Supplies SARL, so common grades can go to site without waiting on an import cycle. Larger or specialised orders ship by container through the ports of Dakar or Abidjan and are trucked inland to Bamako or direct to site.

Rolls held in Bamako are numbered and traceable to resin batch through manufacturer quality control certificates, so the documentation a CQA consultant needs is available from the first delivery.
Dual-Track Wedge Welding & Air Channel Testing
Dual-track hot wedge fusion leaves a sealed air channel along every primary seam, so each seam can be pressure tested to ASTM D5820. Extrusion welds on patches, penetrations and pipe boots are vacuum box tested to ASTM D5641, and trial welds are run at the start of every shift.

Material Conformance & Field Testing Standards
Material is supplied to GRI-GM13 with manufacturer quality control certificates traceable per roll, with independent conformance testing where the specification requires it. Every fusion seam is air channel tested, all extrusion welds are vacuum box tested, and destructive coupons are taken at the specified frequency and tested to ASTM D6392.

GCL Bentonite Geosynthetic Clay Liner (3500–6000 g/m²)
Eurobent GCL, supplied and installed across Africa by Geosynthetics Africa. A reinforced bentonite mat combining two or more layers of geotextile with bentonite, a clay with strong swelling ability, needle-punched into a durable sealing layer that acts as a barrier to liquids, vapour and gases. Available in grades from 3500 to 6000 g/m² net bentonite.
Mirafi® S - Nonwoven Separation & Filtration Geotextile
Mechanically bonded continuous filament nonwovens in 100 % UV-stabilised polypropylene, 70 to 385 g/m². Fifty years of use in separation and filtration of trafficked areas over weak soils, and as drainage filters. ASQUAL certified across 13 grades.
