Our subsidiary Geosynthetics Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd holds stock in Harare for local dispatch. Larger volumes and non-stock items are supplied from our Johannesburg hub by road freight, with the majority of consignments moving through Beitbridge for Bulawayo, Harare, Masvingo and the Midlands, and through Chirundu or Forbes/Mutare where the destination or backload makes that routing more efficient. HDPE dam liner, geotextile and geogrid rolls are loaded to suit the offloading equipment available on site, which matters on farm dams, fish farm developments and remote mining sites where no crane or forklift is available. Full loads are quoted delivered to site; part loads and urgent consignments are consolidated on scheduled departures. Larger project volumes and non-stock gauges are manufactured on indent, so contact us early in your programme and we will confirm a firm delivery schedule against your construction dates.
Johannesburg → Beitbridge → Bulawayo / Harare / Masvingo / Gweru · Johannesburg → Chirundu → Harare / Kariba · Forbes Border Post → Mutare
ZIMRA clearance handled with commercial invoice, packing list and CD1 form for exchange control. SADC Certificate of Origin supplied where preferential tariff treatment applies, and we advise on duty and VAT treatment before you order so your landed cost is known upfront. Clearing agents appointed at Beitbridge and Chirundu; supply can be quoted ex-stock Harare, ex-works Johannesburg, delivered to border, or delivered to site.

Stock is held in Harare for local dispatch, backed by our Johannesburg warehouse and container-direct supply on project volumes. Rolls ship in heavy-duty protective wrapping to survive the Beitbridge corridor, and every consignment is backed by resin-to-roll traceability with mill certificates and laboratory test reports supplied on delivery.

Automated dual-track wedge welders produce a twin seam with a central air channel, allowing every metre of seam to be pressure tested non-destructively across the full installation. Extrusion welding is used for detailing, patches and pipe penetrations. Crews carry out trial welds at start of shift and at temperature changes, with destructive peel and shear samples tested to specification, and all results recorded in the QA/QC pack issued on handover.
Our permanent Zimbabwe crews, based in Harare, mobilise to sites across the country for HDPE dam liner installation on fish farm and aquaculture ponds, irrigation reservoirs, canal lining and mining containment, using wedge and extrusion welding with trial welds, destructive peel and shear testing, and non-destructive air pressure and vacuum box testing on every seam. We also install geotextiles and geogrids for road and civil works, geocells and gabions for slope and riverbank stabilisation, and jute matting and erosion control blankets for river rehabilitation and bio-engineering projects. Installation can be supplied as a full turnkey package or as supervision and training for your own site team, with a complete QA/QC pack including panel layout drawings, seam test records and as-built documentation issued on completion for engineer sign-off.

Every installation is verified against a project-specific QA/QC plan. Material conformance is confirmed on arrival against mill certificates and roll traceability records, with conformance testing on tensile, tear, puncture and thickness properties. Seams are verified by trial welds at start of shift and at significant temperature change, destructive peel and shear testing at specified frequency, and non-destructive air pressure testing of dual-track wedge seams with vacuum box testing on extrusion welds and detail work. Subgrade acceptance, anchor trench construction and panel layout are signed off before deployment, and the completed handover pack includes panel drawings, seam test records, destructive test results, material certificates and as-built documentation for engineer approval.
Strict quality control for river channels and dam liners.
