Geotextile Containers for Coastal & Riverbank Protection
Sand-filled geotextile containers and tubes for shoreline revetments, breakwaters, dune reinforcement and riverbank stabilisation - a soft-engineering alternative to rock armour where quarried stone is costly or unavailable. Supplied with UV-stabilised fabric, and filled on site from local sand. Applicable along the Ivorian coast from Assinie to San Pédro, and on lagoon and river training works.
Heap Leach & TSF Lining - Dual-Track Welding
Dual-track hot wedge fusion creates a sealed air channel along every primary seam, allowing 100% non-destructive pressure testing to ASTM D5820. Extrusion welding handles patches, penetrations and pipe boots, verified by vacuum box to ASTM D5641. Crews work to French-language CQA specifications, with trial welds at the start of each shift and on any material temperature change
Field Installation, Welding & Testing - Côte d'Ivoire
French-speaking welding crews deployed from our Mali subsidiary for geomembrane lining, seaming and testing — heap leach pads and tailings storage facilities at the northern and western gold operations, sanitary landfill cells, agro-industrial effluent lagoons across the cocoa, rubber and palm belt, and coastal revetment and geotextile container placement. Crews travel with their own wedge and extrusion welders, generators, test equipment and calibration records, and work to French-language CQA specifications and site documentation.

A reinforced bentonite mat combining two or more layers of geotextile with bentonite, a clay with strong swelling ability, needle-punched into a durable sealing layer that acts as a barrier to liquids, vapour and gases. Available in grades from 3500 to 6000 g/m² net bentonite.
