Container shipments to the Port of Tema, then road delivery nationwide - the Western Region gold belt at Tarkwa and Damang, Obuasi in Ashanti, Ahafo and Ahafo North in the Bono region, plus landfill, agro-industrial and civils projects across Greater Accra and the interior. Takoradi port serves the Western Region directly and is often the shorter route for Tarkwa-area sites.

Clearance through the Ghana Revenue Authority on the ICUMS platform via a licensed declarant, with conformity assessment through the Ghana Standards Authority where the HS classification falls within the regulated scope. Manufacturer quality control certificates supplied per roll.
Geomembrane, geotextile and GCL rolls shipped container-direct in heavy-duty protective wrapping, each roll numbered and traceable to resin batch through manufacturer quality control certificates. Conformance testing to GRI-GM13 available where the specification requires it, with roll numbers cross-referenced to the as-built panel layout on handover.
Dual-track hot wedge fusion creates a sealed air channel along every primary seam, allowing 100% non-destructive pressure testing to ASTM D5820. Extrusion welding handles patches, penetrations and pipe boots, verified by vacuum box to ASTM D5641. Trial welds are run at the start of each shift and on any material temperature change, with destructive samples assessed against GRI-GM19.
Qualified welding crews deployed from our Mali subsidiary for geomembrane installation, seaming and testing — heap leach pads, tailings storage facilities and process solution ponds across the Western, Ashanti and Bono gold operations, plus sanitary landfill cells, agro-industrial and aquaculture ponds, and geosynthetic road stabilisation. Crews travel with their own wedge and extrusion welders, generators, test equipment and calibration records, and work to client CQA specifications with full handover documentation.

Material supplied to GRI-GM13 with manufacturer quality control certificates traceable per roll, and independent conformance testing where the specification requires it. Every fusion seam is air channel tested and all extrusion welds vacuum box tested, with destructive coupons taken at the specified frequency and assessed against GRI-GM19. Daily seam logs, trial weld records, a closed-out repair register and as-built seaming maps are handed over on completion, with roll numbers cross-referenced to panel layout.

Specified where friction is needed against one interface only - typically textured to the soil or drainage layer with the smooth face against a GCL or secondary liner. 1.0mm to 2.5mm, 100% virgin resin, Solmax GSE manufactured.

Eurobent GCL, supplied and installed across Africa by Geosynthetics Africa. A reinforced bentonite mat combining two or more layers of geotextile with bentonite, a clay with strong swelling ability, needle-punched into a durable sealing layer that acts as a barrier to liquids, vapour and gases. Available in grades from 3500 to 6000 g/m² net bentonite.
