We deploy our installation crews from South Africa across Botswana for the full geosynthetic scope, not liner alone. Geomembrane deployment and welding runs on dual-track hot wedge welders and extrusion guns, with trial welds at every shift start and on any material temperature change. Alongside that we install GCL with correct overlap and bentonite detailing, geotextile cushion and separation layers, biaxial and uniaxial geogrid for subgrade stabilisation and reinforced soil, geocell infill and anchorage, drainage geocomposites, and gabion baskets and Reno mattresses for erosion and river works. Typical scopes include tailings storage facilities and slimes dams at the diamond and copper operations, heap leach pads, process and return water dams, solar evaporation and brine ponds, raw and potable water reservoirs along the North-South Carrier, irrigation and farm dams in the Tuli Block and Pandamatenga, landfill basal lining and closure capping, and geogrid and geocell works on trunk and district road upgrades. Crews travel self-contained with welding rigs, generators, spark testers, tensiometers, vacuum boxes and site accommodation, and work to client HSE and mine-standard inductions including Debswana and Botswana Copper site requirements. Every scope runs under a project-specific CQA plan with a signed as-built at handover.
